Our Services for Students and Families

Choosing an educational institution abroad is rarely a quick decision. Families come to us with different needs: some are looking for a boarding school for a child aged 12–14, others for a three-week summer language camp, and still others for a master's programme with the prospect of working in the country. One thing they all have in common: behind every decision lie many unknowns — how the system works, what requirements a specific institution has, what happens after enrolment, how the child will adapt. We work with these questions at every stage, not just when the documents are submitted.

Programme Selection and Admission Preparation

The work begins with a conversation involving the parents and, if they are old enough, the applicant themselves. We clarify what matters: country, language of instruction, budget, academic level, whether boarding or homestay accommodation is preferred, and the length of the programme. Based on this, we draw up a list of options — usually five to ten — with realistic chances of admission and clear conditions. For each one, we explain why it made the list and what will be required for admission. If the language level or academic grades do not meet the requirements, we suggest preparatory routes: language courses, pathway programmes, summer schools that improve the chances if you apply again.

Documents are a separate matter. We help assemble the package: translations, recommendations, motivation letter, CV, portfolio. The motivation letter and essays are written by the applicant themselves; our role is to edit, structure, and make sure they meet the requirements of the specific programme. We check that every document meets the formal criteria and contains no errors that could become grounds for rejection.

Visa, Relocation, and the First Months

Once admission is confirmed, the visa stage begins. We advise on visa types, submission deadlines, and financial capacity requirements, help prepare documents for the consulate, and prepare for the interview. For countries where the visa is arranged through the university, we make sure the I-20 or CAS is issued on time and the SEVIS fee is paid before the interview. If the visa is delayed, we work out an action plan with the family: a request for an expedited appointment, a support letter from the school, contacting the DSO.

Our help doesn't end after relocation. We assist with choosing accommodation — dormitory, shared rent, host family — and explain how to open a bank account, take out insurance, and register at the place of residence. For students who need psychological support during adaptation, we find a specialist who works with international students. For parents who remain in another country, we give a clear picture: how the child is settling in at school, how to reach their child, and what is happening in the first months.

What the Family Gets

Instead of dozens of open tabs and conflicting advice on forums — a single plan with concrete deadlines, responsible parties, and backup options. Families can see the status of each application, understand which steps remain, and know who to turn to if something doesn't go to plan. The admission decision is made by the educational institution; our job is to make sure the application meets the requirements and reflects the applicant's strengths.
